No Returns or Exchanges  
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. All sales are considered final.

Hygiene & Safety Notice  
Our products, including hair sprays and hair masks, are classified as personal care items. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at radiant@radiantmanecobyduru.com.

To process your request, please include:

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
